Open-air Yoga at Prunner Luxury Suites

According to Tibetan tradition. All are welcome, no previous experience necessary.

What makes yoga so special? That it is suitable for everyone! During ZERO RESISTANCE YOGA with Sarah Esther Crazzolara, our 200RYT Vinyasa yoga teacher, we recharge our batteries all together on the roof terrace. Body and mind are brought into harmony with targeted techniques and filled with energy. We learn to let go and practice mindfulness.

Approach

Meeting point is the Prunner Luxury Suites (Schennaer Straße 22). Parking facilities are available.
Arrival by public transport: Bus line 231 (15 minutes) from Merano (bus stop approx. 30 m away).
