Oregon in the early 19th century is a land of opportunity. Cookie, a cook from the east, becomes friends with King-Lu, who, like everyone else, is seeking his fortune. Rich in ideas but without money, the two notice the first cow transplanted in the territory, owned by the wealthy entrepreneur Chief Factor, and decide to milk it secretly to make sweets to sell at the market.
