On the move: guided via ferrata tour on the Ifinger peak
Guided hike on the Heini Holzer via ferrata to Ifinger Peak
One of the most beautiful and panoramic routes to this spectacular panoramic mountain in the Merano region is via the Heini Holzer via ferrata. The 550-metre climb is perfectly secured with 1000 metres of steel cable and is of medium difficulty (A - B - B/C). Under the expert guidance of a certified mountain guide, you conquer the impressive passages on the rugged rock faces of Ifinger peak. Via ferrata beginners and families with children from the age of 14 who enjoy walking and climbing will find here a feasible sporting challenge and enjoy an unforgettable experience!
Approach
By public transport:
- Bus route no. 225 - bus stop "Falzeben"
By car:
- From Meran in the direction of Hafling. Before the petrol station in Hafling turn left towards Meran 2000 and continue to the Falzeben car park.
- From Bozen via Terlan to Vöran and Hafling, after the petrol station in Hafling turn right towards Meran 2000 and continue to the Falzeben car park.
To bring along
Good basic fitness, surefootedness, no fear of heights, sturdy shoes, weather protection, drink for the hike, one small backpack per person, via ferrata gloves
