The THEDL is inspired by the best that South Tyrol has to offer, by recipes handed down from generation to generation and refined, and our 300-year-old wood-panelled parlour. And we serve local specialities, such as filled pasta mezzelune (Schlutzkrapfen), tagliatelle made from spiced rye flatbread (Schüttelbrotbandnudeln), dumpling trio (Knödel-Tris) and steak from Laugen cattle from the Ulthental. One of our bestsellers is our special THEDL plate.
