Ice skating rink at the festival grounds

The Marlinger Festival Square Becomes a Winter Oasis!
From 5th December 2024 to 1st February 2025, the ice skating rink invites you to enjoy the magic of winter on the ice. Whether you want to try elegant spins or simply glide with family and friends, there’s fun for everyone. The skate rental ensures that no one is left without the right equipment.

Of course, there are also delicious treats available: a cozy food stand offers hot drinks and tasty snacks to warm you up between your skating sessions.

Opening Hours – Public Skating:
Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tickets and Information:
Tickets will be available for presale at the Marling Tourist Office from 5th December 2024 and directly during the opening hours of the ice skating rink.

In addition to the regular opening hours, the following events will take place at the ice rink:

Thursday, December 5:
🕓 From 4:00 PM: St. Nicholas Celebration – An afternoon full of surprises for young and old alike. 🎅🎁

Friday, December 6:
🕔 From 5:00 PM: Ice Disco – Dance the night away on the ice to exciting music. ⛸️🎶

Sunday, December 8:
🕕 From 6:00 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM): Benefit Concert at the Marling Community Center – Enjoy the captivating sounds of Manuel Randi. Free entry! 🎸✨

Friday, December 13:
Theater Evening: "Franz in der Ape" – A humorous evening for theater lovers. The Terzenbühne presents this entertaining play with plenty of laughter. 🎭 (in German)

Friday, December 20:
🕔 From 5:00 PM: Shepherd’s Fire – A festive Advent evening by the crackling fire. 🔥🎄

Tuesday, December 31:
🎆 New Year’s Eve Celebration – Ring in the New Year together! 🎉🍾Special
Free entry! All donations will go to a good cause.
