Recla is a family company from Südtirol (Alto Adige - South Tyrol) that has been deeply rooted in the region’s traditions for three generations. We produce fine cured meats typical of the Alto Adige region. We have all the experience and expertise necessary to proudly call ourselves the Specialists of Speck!

Speck Alto Adige PGI
Meat that is strictly selected and processed by our master butchers, in full compliance with regulations and attention to detail. The result is a specialty with an unmistakable flavor: delicate, spicy, and slightly smoked.

Oltspeck
Our signature product, Recla Oltspeck stands out for its long curing process lasting more than eight months. High quality meat and patient artisanal mastery make it an exquisite product, for true food lovers.

Kaminwurzen
An old Recla family recipe, a traditional cured sausage from Alto Adige. We prepare our Smoked Salami using the same old-fashioned techniques as the farmers of the Vinschgau Valley, guaranteeing quality and authenticity.
