From milk to cheese

During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself.
Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept.
At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products.

Start: at 15.00 at the Lenkhof farm in Hafling
Duration: until approx. 16.00
Cost: € 13.00 for adults, € 7.00 for children (3-10 years)
Number of participants: min. 5 people, limited number of participants

Info & registration: within the day before, 4.00 pm at the Hafling information office.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The recordings may be used and published on websites, in social networks and in the media in compliance with data protection regulations.

Coming from Hafling, drive in the direction of Vöran. Follow the road from the village centre of Hafling for approx. 5 kilometres and turn left towards Gasthof Alpenrose. Follow the road until you reach Lenkhof.
