50 g CornArt grain mixture
40 g carrots
40 g green leek
20 g celery
1 tsp chives
10 ml red wine vinegar
30 ml olive oil
salt, pepper from the mill
Preparation
Soak KornArt grain mixture in 200 ml water in the evening
Cook gently in water without salt for 40 minutes, pour off and cool down
cut vegetables into small cubes, boil once in water, strain
Mix the chives and vegetables with the cereals.
Marinate with the above ingredients

Our tip
A soft boiled egg or South Tyrolean bacon is an excellent accompaniment.
