Making “Muas” in the pan

Cooking together “Muas” (typical South Tyrolean dish comparable to a soft pudding made mainly of flour, milk and butter) in the iron pan on an open fire. Afterwards, we eat it with 'Holer-Mulle' (sort of elderberry jam) from the large frying pan in the old farmhouse parlour “Stube”, just like a hundred years ago. Served with home-made crystal wine.

Getting to the meeting point is easy and convenient. By bus from Klausen/Chiusa or Brixen/Bressanone through Villnöss/Funes valley to Teis or Mileins (interchange station). Bus stop: Teis. From the bus stop it is about a 10-minute walk in the direction of Nafen to the Torgglerhof.

By car:
Through the Eisacktal/Valle Isarco valley to Klausen/Chiusa turn into Villnöss/Funes valley. After the sawmill Prader, turn left to Nafen. Follow the road in the direction of Teis. After the air crossing of Nafen turn right to the Torgglerhof. Parking possibility at the farm.

In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 12 noon of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 12.00 noon, the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached).

*The tasting is an integral part of the tour and must in any case be paid for separately on site by each participant in addition to the participation fee.
