The
Val d’Ultimo/Ultental Valley boasts over 600 kilometers of well-marked hiking trails.
Easy family walks lead along the bottom of the valley around the reservoirs, as well as up to the
Schwemmalm
hiking area. The upper valleys above the tree line boast a variety of small
mountain lakes, making it ideal for family hikes. Other popular destinations are the remote Falkomaital and Kirchbergtal mountain valleys. Experienced
mountain climbers will find
high mountain trails at the Stilfser Joch National Park at the end of the Ultental Valley.
