Whip the softened butter with the sugar and the eggs with the mixer, then add the spices, wine and grated chocolate.
Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate powder and mix well. Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 170° hot air (toothpick test: if no dough sticks to the toothpick, the cake is baked).
Let the cake cool down on a cake rack upside down.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
TIP: Instead of red wine, you can use 250 ml "Siemr"
