Mix the eggs, milk and wild garlic with a blender and pour over the white bread cut into cubes. Sauté the finely chopped onion in the butter and add. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with the flour.
Shape the dumplings and steam or simmer gently in salted water for about 15 minutes.
Serve the wild garlic dumplings with melted butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a fresh salad or tomatoes.
Good to know: Wild garlic is also called "wild garlic" because its intense aroma is reminiscent of garlic.
