Ingredients for approx. 30 pieces

120 g butter
120 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 egg
250 g flour
½ sachet baking powder
1 tablespoon milk
100 g dark chocolate for chocolate coating, grated
60 g finely grated almonds
1 pinch salt
30 almonds peeled to decorate
Preparation
Stir the soft butter together with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in the egg. Mix the flour, sifted baking powder, milk, chocolate, almonds and salt with a spoon into the mixture and stir briefly. Form small balls from the dough, place on a baking tray, decorate with an almond and bake in a preheated oven.

Oven temperature: 180 degrees, about 15 minutes
