Mix the milk with sugar, raisins and hazelnuts and pour over the bread. Let it soak a bit. Then mix in the peeled, deseeded and chopped apples. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and pour over the apple mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
