SERVICES OF THE SÜDTIROL ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS
The “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass” allows the
use of public transport in South Tyrol. It is offered as an inclusive service by the host and is included in the accommodation price.
The Guest Pass promotes sustainable mobility and the use of public transport, aiming to reduce the negative impact of individual traffic.
The Südtirol Guest Pass:
▪ is sent via email during check-in or pre-check-in. If no email address is available, the printed PDF will be handed over directly at the accommodation.
▪ is personalized and valid for the duration of the stay.
▪ is valid from 12:00 AM on the day of arrival until 11:59 PM on the day of departure.
▪ must be validated at the start of each journey.
▪ is issued exclusively to overnight guests aged 6 and above.
▪ is not for sale.

The Südtirol Guest Pass allows the use of public transport within the südtirolmobil network.

Pet Transport:
Requires a separate ticket; muzzles are mandatory. Guide dogs and small animals held in arms do not require a ticket.

Validation of the Guest Pass:
The Südtirol Guest Pass must be validated by scanning the QR code on the blue validation devices.
A sound signal and an “OK” message confirm successful validation.
