Mix the ingredients for the crumbles in a bowl and crumble with your hands. Meanwhile, set aside.
Mix the ingredients for the cake mixture down to the cherries to a smooth dough. Add the cherries and pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.
Sprinkle the crumbles over it and bake in the oven preheated to 170° hot air for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
TIP: According to this recipe you can use any other fruits like peaches, apples or apricots.
