Mix the flour, milk and eggs together and whisk with a hand blender. Season with salt.
Melt some butter in a pan and cover the bottom of the pan with the mixture.
Immediately sprinkle the blueberries on top, so that most of them will sink into the liquid dough.
As soon as the underside is lightly browned, turn the pancake over. To make turning easier, you can also cut into quarters beforehand.
When the pancake is cooked through, turn it over again and place it on a plate, with the fruit side facing up. Sprinkle with sugar or confectioner's sugar and serve.
TIP: It also tastes delicious when you mix forest blueberries with forest strawberries.
