Put flour, a little salt and the eggs in a bowl, cut the bacon into small cubes and chop the parsley. Add everything, mix well with the milk and beat until bubbles appear (consistency similar to "Spätzle").
Form the dough into cams with a spoon and add to the boiling salted water. As soon as the noodles are up, remove them with a skimmer and serve.
TIP: Bacon gnocchi taste best with coleslaw, green salad or with butter and parmesan cheese.
