Wash the cherries, dry and pit them. Put the fruit in a pot, checking again that there is no cherry stone.
Add sugar and fruit pectin. Mix everything with the blender and heat it up. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes and stir regularly.
Pour it still hot into clean glasses and let it cool down.
TIP: You can use this recipe to make fine jam from any other fruit.
