Cocktail Mimosa

For 4 cocktails

200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
400 ml sparkling wine or prosecco
Orange slices or strips for decoration

Divide the orange juice into champagne glasses and carefully top up with sparkling wine or Prosecco.
Decorate with finely cut orange strips, whole orange slices or orange hearts and serve.

Our Tip: For International Women's Day,  serve the fruity aperitif with the famous Italian Mimosa cake (Torta Mimosa)
