Pour the Siemr into the ice cube tray and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Then pour the Siemr cubes into elegant glasses and top up with white Sanbittèr.
Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
TIP: If you prefer a long drink, you can serve the Siemr Cubes with tonic water.
