Dieses Naturerlebnis verbindet Bewegung, Entschleunigung und wertvolles Wissen über heimische Heilkräuter. Unterwegs lernt ihr, welche Kräfte in den Pflanzen stecken – und wie man sie im Alltag nutzen kann.🥰

👉Ein besonderes Highlight: Aus den gesammelten Kräutern wird gemeinsam ein köstliches Gewürzsalz hergestellt!

Ogni martedì alle ore 10:00 vivete una speciale escursione alle erbe lungo la Via Vinum Venostis a Naturno! Insieme a Melanie, esperta di erbe officinali e fitoterapia, scoprite il ricco mondo del Monte Sole di Naturno lungo un percorso vario, con salite e discese.

Questa esperienza nella natura unisce movimento, rallentamento e preziose conoscenze sulle erbe medicinali locali. 🥰 Durante il percorso imparerete quali proprietà si nascondono nelle piante e come possono essere utilizzate nella vita quotidiana.
