Hier stehen verschiedene Südtiroler Apfelsorten im Mittelpunkt. Gemeinsam verkosten und vergleichen wir, welche Sorten die perfekte Harmonie zum exquisiten Südtiroler Speck bilden.

🍷 14:00 Uhr – Südtiroler Speck und Wein
Am Nachmittag dreht sich alles um edle Südtiroler Weine. Auch hier wird probiert, kombiniert und entdeckt, welcher Wein den Speck geschmacklich ideal ergänzt.
