The apple - as juice, refined with cinnamon stick, cloves and a little orange peel - becomes a popular drink in this cold season: Apple Glühmix. Our apple ambassador and sommelière Anja might tell you the recipe for it. But before that, take a walk through the winter apple meadows. What does the farmer do in winter?
