Winterwandertipp in unserer Umgebung - Winterwanderung von Pfelders ins Lazinsertal❄️❄

Eine genussvolle Wintertour auf gut gewalzten Wegen – perfekt für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und klare Bergluft lieben. 🌲🏔️

Auf dieser traumhaften Strecke wechseln sich lichte Wälder, weite Bergwiesen, sanfte Anstiege und flache Abschnitte ab. Der Weg wird im Winter regelmäßig mit dem Pistengerät präpariert und ist daher ideal begehbar.❄️☀️
👉 Wegverlauf
Vom Parkplatz in Pfelders geht es ins Dorf und links an der Schule vorbei. Dort beginnt Weg Nr. 8, der taleinwärts führt.
Nach der Überquerung der Skipiste wandert man auf einem breit gewalzten Winterweg in leichter Steigung zur historischen Hofsiedlung Lazins. 🏔️🏡
Anschließend geht es weiter taleinwärts bis zur Lazins Alm, umgeben vom beeindruckenden Talkessel und den fast 3.500 m hohen Gipfeln der Hohen Wilde und des Seelenkogels. ⛰️❄️

Der Rückweg folgt zunächst derselben Strecke. Kurz vor der Hofsiedlung Lazins quert man jedoch links die Brücke (Weg 24) und wandert auf der sonnigen Talseite ☀️ über mehrere Höhenstufen zur Hochsiedlung Zeppichl. Von dort führt ein breiter Weg wieder zurück nach Pfelders. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

The holiday season is here – and what can’t be missing?🎄✨
That’s right: Christmas cookies! 🍪💛
What are your favourites? Have you started baking yet?😃

Today we’ve got a delicious recipe for you:
Vanillekipferl – soft, buttery & wonderfully fragrant. (A recipe by Pur Südtirol) 😍✨

👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
320 g flour; 60 g almonds, finely ground; 60 g hazelnuts, finely ground; 270 g butter; 120 g sugar; 2 eggs; 1 pinch of salt
For coating:
200 g sugar and 30 g vanilla sugar

🥣 Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix flour, almonds and hazelnuts.
2️⃣ Cube the butter and knead together with sugar, eggs and salt, then combine with the flour mixture to form a smooth dough.
3️⃣ Shape into a roll and chill for at least 1 hour.
4️⃣ Cut into small pieces, roll into balls, shape into small rolls and form the classic crescent shape.
5️⃣ Place on a baking tray and bake until lightly golden.
6️⃣ Coat the warm cookies in the sugar–vanilla sugar mixture. ✨
🔥 Baking:
• 170–180°C top/bottom heat or
• 150–160°C fan
• 5–7 minutes
