South Tyrol Guest Pass, you can enjoy numerous benefits during your stay – completely free of charge! The card is already included in your room rate and grants access to a wide range of complimentary or discounted services.
Guests staying in our partner accommodations automatically receive the Südtirol Guest Pass upon check-in. Children under the age of 6 do not require their own card as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid Guest Pass.
Good to know:
- The card is personalized, non-transferable, and cannot be purchased.
- Please validate the South Tyrol Guest Pass at the blue validation machines on buses or at train stations before starting your journey.
- Important: There are no validation machines on the trains.

The Südtirol Guest Pass is not valid for journeys on long-distance trains (e.g. EC trains, Railjet, Frecciargento, Italo) and on the following bus routes: Bus shuttle service 440 Fischleintal, bus shuttle service 444 Toblach - Drei Zinnen / Auronzoütte, line 442 Toblach - Niederdorf - Prags as well as for the bus shuttle service 439 Welsberg - Pragser Wildsee.
