Guided tour through the distillery Unterthurner

The Unterthurner Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in South Tyrol, renowned for its innovative spirit and the use of the finest regional ingredients.

Join a guided tour on Wednesdays at 3:30 PM or Fridays at 10:00 AM to immerse yourself in the art of distillation, followed by a tasting session. Discover the exceptional quality and distinctive flavors of more than 60 exquisite spirits, crafted with passion and artisanal expertise in the Unterthurner Distillery.

Founded in 1947 by Ignaz Unterthurner, this traditional family-owned distillery has skillfully combined tradition and innovation ever since. From classics like the famous “Waldler” raspberry spirit to creative specialties such as walnut-hazelnut liqueur and various gins, each spirit tells its own story and showcases the pinnacle of distilling craftsmanship.
Experience the fascination of distillation up close—inhale the enchanting aroma of freshly distilled spirits and learn the secrets of the craft from the master distiller. Under expert guidance, savor these fine spirits and explore the variety and sophistication of their flavors.
