300g lamb roast, cut into thin strips
1 finely chopped onion
salt
pepper
Preparation
Cut the potatoes and brown them in butter. Add the onions until they take on a glassy consistency. Roast and add salt and pepper. Add meat. Add some of the meat’s juice at the end, sprinkle with fresh chives and serve with Sauerkraut salad.
