Marlengo Wine Pralines

Whole milk pralines with Merlot

Ingredients
A recipe by the Restaurant Vinumgarten
Ingredients for 10 pralines:

70 g whole milk chocolate
70 g dark chocolate
5 g glucose
60 ml Merlot

Plus:
10 hollow whole milk chocolates
130 g whole milk chocolate, melted
Preparation
Break the chocolate up into small pieces and, with the glucose, melt over a water bath. Add the Merlot and stir well. Leave the mixture to rest briefly until it has a creamy consistency.
Fill the hollow chocolates with the mixture. Close the opening with a little melted chocolate and leave to set. Dip the pralines in the remainder of the melted chocolate and roll onto a cooling tray.
