The holiday season is here – and what can’t be missing?🎄✨
That’s right: Christmas cookies! 🍪💛
What are your favourites? Have you started baking yet?😃

Today we’ve got a delicious recipe for you:
Vanillekipferl – soft, buttery & wonderfully fragrant. (A recipe by Pur Südtirol) 😍✨

👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
320 g flour; 60 g almonds, finely ground; 60 g hazelnuts, finely ground; 270 g butter; 120 g sugar; 2 eggs; 1 pinch of salt
For coating:
200 g sugar and 30 g vanilla sugar

🥣 Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix flour, almonds and hazelnuts.
2️⃣ Cube the butter and knead together with sugar, eggs and salt, then combine with the flour mixture to form a smooth dough.
3️⃣ Shape into a roll and chill for at least 1 hour.
4️⃣ Cut into small pieces, roll into balls, shape into small rolls and form the classic crescent shape.
5️⃣ Place on a baking tray and bake until lightly golden.
6️⃣ Coat the warm cookies in the sugar–vanilla sugar mixture. ✨
