Und was gehört in Südtirol einfach dazu?

🥣 Rezept für ca. 10–15 bunte Gemüseknödel

🛒 Zutaten:
• 500 g Dinkel-Knödelbrot
• 400 g Gemüse nach Wunsch (z. B. Karotten, Zucchini, Auberginen, Paprika usw.)
• ½ Lauchstange
• 1 Knoblauchzehe
• 4 Eier (Größe M)
• 2–4 EL Dinkelvollkornmehl
• Kräutersalz & Pfeffer
• Bei Bedarf Brotbrösel

👩‍🍳 Zubereitung:

Delightful insights and authentic flavours from Marling🍇🍷

Last Wednesday, participants of the WineCulture Experiences visited Pardellerhof Winery. Together with Erwin and Anita, they explored the vineyards and the cellar and gained fascinating insights into their work and the winemaking process. 🚶🍇

Of course, indulgence was not forgotten: Characterful wines from Marling were accompanied by typical local specialties – from the “Marnea” cheese, fresh apples and homemade "Gugelhupf" cake to aromatic liqueurs. 🥂🍎🧀

A big thank you to Erwin and Anita, as well as to everyone who joined us! 🍷

The WineCulture Experiences continue:
🍷⏳ June 23 – A Journey Through the Vintages – the Exclusive Tasting at the vinery Popphof
🌿🍷 July 3 – A Summer evening at the Vinery Hillepranter
