Public transport on the Tschögglberg High Plateau

The local public transport system in Hafling/Avelengo-Vöran/Verano-Meran 2000, Mölten and Jenesien is made up of train and bus services as well as shuttle services. The cable cars and rope ways also play an important role in getting around the whole Tschögglberg in a sustainable and barrier free manner.

Discovering South Tyrol and the region of Meran/Merano and Environs has become easier and more convenient thanks to the various Experience Cards and Advantage Cards. These include the Mobilcard, Merano FuniCard and the South Tyrol Guest Pass.

MOBILCARD SOUTH TYROL
The Mobilcard allows you to use all means of public transport of the South Tyrolean Transport Association for 1 day or for 3 or 7 consecutive days.

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass (Hafling-Vöran + Mölten) and Bolzano Card (Jenesien) you are always mobile and can discover the holiday region Tschögglberg as well as the whole of South Tyrol comfortably and free of charge by public transport (bus, train and public cable cars). This promotes sustainable mobility and contributes to the reduction of motorised individual transport.

Find out in advance whether your accommodation offers the South Tyrol Guest Pass or the Bolzano Card.
In Jenesien, the Bolzano Card is valid, which includes additional services such as free entry to the Jenesien swimming pool or discounts on horse riding offers in the municipality.
