Mix the buckwheat flour and the milk together. Next add the eggs and salt to the mixture and place in a frying pan with the butter. Cook the batter, turn and break into small pieces with a spatula. Prick the batter all over whilst stirring constantly and fry until it breaks into lots of small pieces. Then add the diced apples and continue to cook. Sprinkle the buckwheat flour riebl with sugar and serve. Tastes great with apple sauce or cranberries.
