First pour the milk into a mixing bowl and then add the sieved flour until the mixture forms a smooth, thin, lump-free batter.
Then mix in the eggs one after another and the salt. Now leave the batter to rest for a short while.
Put a frying pan on the hob until it is nice and hot. Melt the butter and then add the batter. Slowly cook the bottom until it is golden yellow, then turn when the top is no longer liquid. Now cook this side too (poss. cover with a lid for a short while so that the batter rises more). Then tear the pancake apart with forks.
Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with cranberries or apple sauce. Enjoy!
