The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is the ticket for all public transport in South Tyrol – completely free of charge! The card is already included in your room rate.
This pass is given to guests by selected hosts as a special benefit. Guest of the region Deutschnonsbergs also have benefits at the Canyon Rio Sass and at the house of water in Fondo and at the Parco Fluviale Novella.
Guests staying in our partner accommodations automatically receive the Südtirol Guest Pass upon check-in. Children under the age of 6 do not require their own card as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid Guest Pass.
Good to know:
- The card is personalized, non-transferable, and cannot be purchased.
- Please validate the South Tyrol Guest Pass at the blue validation machines on buses or at train stations before starting your journey.
- Important: There are no validation machines on the trains.

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is not valid for journeys on long-distance trains (e.g. EC trains, Railjet, Frecciargento, Italo) and on the following bus routes: Bus shuttle service 440 Fischleintal, bus shuttle service 444 Toblach - Drei Zinnen / Auronzoütte, line 442 Toblach - Niederdorf - Prags as well as for the bus shuttle service 439 Welsberg - Pragser Wildsee.
