Sparkling Festival 2024– „Special Edition” at the Cantina Merano a Marlengo

The focus will be on the renowned South Tyrolean sparkling wine Brut Riserva DOC 36 from the Merano winery and the exquisite sparkling wines from the "Association of South Tyrolean sparkling wine producers according to the classic method". This special tasting will also feature a selection from "das Prickelnde Dorf Marling". The event will be accompanied by an exquisite musical and culinary program.

COME QUICKLY, I’M DRINKING THE STARS [DOM PÉRIGNON]
Taste sublime sparkling wines from the South Tyrolean Sparkling Wine Association, produced according to the classic method, which guarantees quality at the highest level. In this special production process, the sparkling wine remains in the same bottle from the first to the last production step. To optimally continue the fermentation process, every bottle must have its position changed constantly. In a natural way and over several years, the sparkling wines mature and develop fresh aromas, fine fruit acids and supple pearls. In this production process, each bottle contains its own unique fermentation process and is truly one-of-a-kind. The sparkling wines from the “Il Paese delle Bollicine Marlengo” will also be presented.
