Classic South Tyrolean dishes with a Mediterranean influence are created with great dedication. Gourmets, vegetarians and vegans are sure to be impressed by the creativity and variety.
Many of the products used in the dishes can be purchased in our shop for use at home or as a gift for your loved ones. Manuela from the Ultental Valley bakes fresh bread with the same passion and the olive oil you find in our shop comes directly from small farmers in Apulia.

We are also happy to organise catering and provide support for festive occasions on a large or small scale.
