Route: approx. 20-25 kilometres; altitude difference: 1,000-1,500 metres; refreshment stop at a hut / mountain pasture

Dani Jung from the Vinschgau Valley, one of the world's best trail runners, will accompany you on a trail running day and share his expertise with you. He will give you tips on running technique, pole technique, uphill and downhill and nutrition.
