SAUNA IN THE ERLEBNISTHERME NATURNS
No more stress and hectic: a visit to the 500m² sauna area combines cosiness, relaxation and recreation. It feels like a holiday for body and soul.
In the sauna area of the adventure thermal bath Naturns you can spend pleasant hours and enjoy yourself.
The immune system can be strengthened in the Finnish sauna and then cooled down in the diving or Kneipp pool. In the steam bath there is balsam for the respiratory tract and afterwards you can take a deep breath on the terrace or in the large open-air area with cold thermal pool.
Relaxation is guaranteed in the rest area with comfortable sauna beds, comfortable waterbeds, large glass front and a great view of the vineyards, castle of Hochnaturns and the angular peaks of the Texel Group.
For hygienic reasons, the use of the saunas, steam bath and cold water pool in the sauna area is only allowed unclothed.
Except on Thursday (ladies' sauna from 14:00 to 18:00), the sauna is shared by both men and women.
