Gabi, the warm hostess, and her sons Kevin and Oliver create an atmosphere that combines cosiness and enjoyment. The menu offers a varied selection of savoury and sweet specialities. All the ingredients are carefully selected, South Tyrolean quality products. Meat such as bacon, venison and beef for the goulash soup is processed in the in-house butchery. This includes the Vinschgauer Paarl with bacon and melted mountain cheese. Another highlight is the venison sausage in potato bread. Of course, traditional dishes such as hearty goulash soup or homemade apple strudel with juicy apples, grapes and cinnamon are not to be missed. Vegetarians will love the nettle dumplings and homemade pumpkin ravioli.
We also take great care to use regional quality products for our drinks. Our range includes mulled wine, punch and cider, all made with carefully selected ingredients from local producers. We also offer fine wines and freshly tapped beers from the region.
