In 2015, Pronto Südtirol opened its beverage store in Eyrs, a district of the municipality of Laas in the Vinschgau valley. The Fuchs family of entrepreneurs, who have been active in the business world since 1906, offer a large selection of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, mainly from South Tyrol and Italy, as well as products directly from farmers in Vinschgau valley, which stand for genuine and unadulterated quality, as well as their own handmade delicacies. Special emphasis is placed on regionality and quality, with craftsmanship and love for the product taking centre stage. A key focus of the unique delicatessen's range is on products from the nearby Stelvio National Park. The company attaches great importance to high-quality and local ingredients, which is why the main ingredients of their home-made products come from the Stelvio National Park, mostly from the nearby Martelltal valley. Their range includes flavoursome spreads made with key ingredients from the Stelvio National Park, as well as delicious jams made from local fruit. Artisan chocolates filled with these fruits promise a special treat. They also offer distillates and gin produced from raw materials from the national park, thereby supporting local distilleries. Another highlight are the Lasa marble cubes, which serve as a substitute for ice cubes, as well as mini shake breads with Swiss stone pine flavouring. For lovers of traditional cuisine, there are ready-made mixes for South Tyrolean dumpling specialities, including bacon, spinach, porcini mushroom and raw bean dumplings. The range is rounded off with pine-scented sachets and pine-scented cushions, which ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
